Patient Satisfaction

Our patients rated the quality of their daily care on a scale of 1 – 5 with 1 being “terrible” and 5 being “excellent”. Twenty-five items were rated relating to reliability of service, assurance and dependability, empathy of doctor and staff and responsiveness to individual patient needs. The result:
